In my experience there are only a few specialists in Indiana for municipal bond financing and consulting. Most are based in Indianapolis and have large sprawling offices similar to Big CPA firms.
I guess I like the relative boutique specialty of Cender and Company. They treat each public sector or utility client as a one of a kind opportunity. The strategies, reports and analysis aren't boiler-plate ... but tailored to the specific challenges of this client.
